Choose the best greens for the job. Do not use the bags of precut
greens that will fly right out the back of the juicer. Select the full
leaf versions of the greens.
1. Burrito Method - Take a few leaves and roll them up into a
burrito shape. Put that clump of greens through the juicer for
a higher juice yield. Do not juice a lone leaf at a time; always
bunch them together.
2. Sandwich Method - You can take the rolled leaves and put
them between harder produce to help the greens juice better.
You can wrap the greens around a carrot or sandwich them
between apples or other hard produce.
3. Slow and Steady - The Ceado ES-700 will pull the produce
into the blade area. You should not quickly jam the greens into
the chute, insert the wrapped leaves or sandwich greens slowly
into the chute when juicing; let the machine do the work.
