PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTIONS
The air fryer does not work.

Put less ingredients inside the
basket so they are fried more
evenly.
The temperature used is
too low.
Increase temperature.
Some ingredients are fried
unevenly in the air fryer.
Some types of food need
to be shaken during the
cooking process.
Ingredients that lie on top of
or across each other (e.g. fries)
need to be shaken during the
preparation time.
Fried snacks are not crispy
when they come out the device.
You used a type of
foodstuff that is meant to
be prepared in a traditional
deep fryer.
Cook oven snacks or oil the
foodstuff a little bit to get a
crispier result.
The basket cannot does not
slide the device properly.
There basket is too full.

White smoke comes out of the
air fryer.
You are preparing greasy
ingredients.
When greasy foodstuffs are fried,
a large amount of oil will leak into
the container. Frying oil produces
white smoke, and the container
may heat up more than usual. This
does not affect the appliance or
the result.
The container is still
greasy from previous uses.
White smoke is caused by heating
up oil in the container. Make sure
you clean the container properly
after each use.
