Why my cecotec OLLA GM H DELUXE cooker does not reach pressure?
    • A
      Aaron WilliamsAug 13, 2025
Your Cecotec Kitchen Appliances cooker might not be reaching pressure because several factors need to be checked. First, ensure that the back lid and the silicone ring are correctly placed. Also, verify that the pressure valve is in the closed position and the safety valve is correctly positioned. After turning the lid to close, press down hard on it. It’s also important to add 1 liter of water, select the Pressure menu, set it to 20 minutes, medium pressure, and 200 ºC. Do the same with the Steam and Pressure menus. If the pressure builds up, the cooker is working correctly. Remember that for pressure to build, the selected temperature must be above 130°C and there must be enough liquid in the bowl. Finally, check the condition of the rubbers; if they are in bad condition, replace them.

If your Cecotec Kitchen Appliances cooker isn't turning on, start by checking that the power cord is properly plugged in. If it is, try using another socket to rule out a faulty outlet. You can also try using a different power cord, such as one from a desktop computer, as they often use the same type of cord.
