Water leaks from the
bottom or the water tank
cover.
The water tank is not
properly assembled.
Insert the water tank correctly
into the water intake on the coee
machine base.
The water level in the
tank exceeds the “MAX”
mark.
The water level in the tank should lay
between the MIN and MAX marks.
Water leaks from the
bottom of the coee
machine.
There is too much water
in the drip tray.
Clean the drip tray.
The coee machine does
not work properly.

There is ground coee on
the edge of the lter.
Clean the lter edge.

stored in a hot, wet place
for a long time.
Use fresh ground coee, or store it
in a cool, dry place. After opening a
package of ground coee, reseal it
tightly and store it in a refrigerator to
maintain its freshness.
The coee machine does
not work properly.
The power cord is not
properly plugged.
Plug the power cord into a wall
outlet correctly; if the appliance still
does not work, contact the Technical
Support Service.
The steaming function
does not froth milk.
The steam indicator light
is still blinking.
Steam can be used to froth only after
the steam indicator light has stopped
blinking.
The container is too big, or
the shape is not correct.
Use a higher and narrower container.
You have used skimmed
milk.
Use whole milk.
No steam comes out of
the steamer.
The inside tube is clogged. Remove the steamer and use a
sharp tool to insert it through the
hole in the inner tube to remove any
blockages and run a steam cycle.
If steam comes out of the steamer,
perform a complete decalcication
of the device. If the problem persists,
contact the ocial Cecotec Technical
Support Service.
