9.2.4 Sostituzione filtri vasca inferiore (solo per
EASY 2000/D)
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
- Rimuovere i portelli inferiori sulla parte frontale della
macchina;
- Rimuovere il portello interno A;
- Estrarre i telai B dalla vasca inferiore C;
- Sostituire i tessuti filtranti D;
- A sostituzione ultimata, rimontare le parti sopracitate in
ordine inverso rispetto a quello di smontaggio.
Permane il rischio residuo d’irritazioni e
intossicazioni, causa il contatto o l’inalazione di
sostanze nocive quali residui di prodotto
verniciante, polveri e prodotti utilizzati per la pulizia,
se queste operazioni non sono eseguite
correttamente.
9.2.4 Replacing the bottom trough filters (only for
EASY 2000/D version)
These procedures must be performed with the
MACHINE STOPPED.
- Remove the bottom covers from the front of the
machine;
- Remove inside cover A;
- Take out frames B from bottom trough C;
- Replace filter cloths D;
- Once the replacement has been made, put the parts
mentioned above back in place in reverse order.
If these operations are not performed correctly,
the operator risks inhaling or coming into contact
with noxious substances such as coating product
deposits, dust and cleaning products which may
cause poisoning and skin irritation.
