4.4 IMPIANTO PNEUMATICO
4.4.1 Taratura pressione d’esercizio
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite con
la MACCHINA IN FUNZIONE, per cui è necessario
prestare la MASSIMA ATTENZIONE, durante
le manovre svolte in vicinanza di elementi che
possono essere in MOVIMENTO.
Per regolare la pressione d’esercizio dell’impianto
pneumatico occorre attenersi alle seguenti indicazioni:
- Agire sulla manopola A che si trova sul gruppo filtro-
regolatore;
- Controllare il valore della pressione d’esercizio, che
di norma deve essere 3 bar, tramite il manometro B.
Permane il rischio residuo d’impigliamenti e
schiacciamenti, causa la presenza di elementi ed
organi in movimento, se queste operazioni non
sono eseguite correttamente.
4.4 PNEUMATIC SYSTEM
4.4.1 Setting the operating pressure
These operations must be performed when
the MACHINE IS OPERATING. Therefore, BE
EXTREMELY CAREFUL when working next to
MOVING parts.
Follow the instructions below to adjust the operating
pressure of the pneumatic system:
- Work on knob A, which is found on the filter-
adjustment unit;
- Check the operating pressure value on gauge B. It
must usually be 3 bar.
The operators may get caught or crushed
in moving parts if these operations are not
performed correctly.
