CFMOTO LIMITED WARRANTY FOR USA
12. INTEGRATION: This limited warranty supersedes any and all oral, express, or written warranties,
atements, or undertakings that may previously have been made, and contains the entire agreement of
the parties with respect to the warranty of CFMOTO vehicles. Any and all warranties not contained in this
Agreement are specically excluded. This warranty extends to each original (and subsequent) owner of
any CFMOTO ATV, for the term of the original warranty period. This limited warranty shall be the sole and
exclusive remedy available to the cuomer with respect to the covered CFMOTO vehicle. In the event
of any alleged breach of any warranty or any legal action brought by the cuomer based on alleged
negligence or other conduct by CFMOTO POWERSPORTS Inc., or its related parties, the cuomer’s
sole and exclusive remedy will be repair or replacement of defective components as ated above, unless
otherwise provided by law. Some ates do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty las, so
the above limitations may not apply if they are deemed inconsient with the controlling ate law.
