• Use safety equipment including safety goggles or shield, ear protection,
dust mask and protective clothing including safety gloves.
• Be careful the harmful/toxic dusts arising from sanding (e.g. Lead paint,
some woods and metal).
• Hearing protection should be worn, when using sanders.
• During operation, hold the sander firmly in both hands; grip the front handle
firmly for better control.
• The sanding pad should not be in contact with the workpiece before it turns
on.
• Do not touch the moving parts of the sander.
• Do not set the sander down until the sanding pad has stopped moving.
