(17) Rainwater leakage including rainwater

(18) Engines, outdrives, controls, batteries, propellers, air
conditioners, generators, refrige
rators, electronics and other
accessories,
components
or
other
equipment
which
ha
ve
been

nufactured

purchased
from
other
ma
nufacturers, whether subject to a separate warranty
or not, by such other ma
nufacturers;
(19) Estimates that relate to speed, fuel consumption, wei

any
person
other
than
Chaparral
Boats

sis, galvanic corrosion, crevice corrosion
or any other deterioration of underwater components.

sole
and
exclusive
reme
dy
with
respect
to
such
items.

coverage
under
any
of
these
other
independent
warranties
is
contingent upon y
