BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove all packing materials and stickers from the brewer
(except for the rating label).
2. Gently wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth or paper towel.
Never immerse the brewer, its base, cord, or plug in water or any
other liquid.
3. Rinse the coee filter with water. Wash the capsule receptacle
and water reservoir with a sponge and warm, soapy water.
Dry completely.
4. To rinse the unit’s internal parts of any manufacturing residue,
“brew” a plain, 12-oz cup of hot water with NO coee. To do so,
use the instructions that follow, but insert the empty capsule
receptacle and select the 12 oz brew button.
