The CHIAYO VICTORY 2000 is a portable wireless PA system designed for various audio applications, offering flexibility in setup and operation. It functions as an all-in-one sound system, capable of operating as a master unit or a companion unit in wired or wireless configurations.
Function Description:
The VICTORY 2000 serves as a portable amplifier that can be used with wired microphones, wireless microphones (via optional receiver modules), and external audio sources such as DVD players, smartphones, tablets, or MP3 players. It features a built-in equalizer for adjusting bass and treble frequencies, and a "Voice Priority" function that automatically lowers background music when a microphone is in use. The system supports active audio linking with other VICTORY 2000 units or V-SLAVE active companion powered speakers, and passive linking with V-SP passive companion speakers. For wider coverage, it can be configured with a repeater module to transmit audio wirelessly to other units. The system is powered by either lead-acid or lithium batteries, offering portability and the ability to operate without a constant power supply.

- External Speaker Impedance: 4 Ohm (for V-SP passive companion speaker).
- Audio Link Cable Length: Maximum 20m for active audio links.
- Recommended Linking Units: No more than 5 units for active audio links to avoid audio delay.
- Microphone Inputs: MIC 1 and MIC 2 (combo jacks for 6.3mm or XLR connectors).
- Audio Inputs: LINE IN (RCA R/L), AUX IN (3.5mm for smart devices).
- Audio Outputs: LINE OUT (RCA R/L), ACTIVE OUT (XLR), Speaker outputs.
- Battery Type: Supports maintenance-free lead-acid or lithium batteries.
- Wireless Modules: Supports SDR-8200M IrDA / SDR-8100M IrDA diversity receiver modules, DWR-5410M 2.4G digital receiver module, RP-5100M repeater module, and DPRB-600M MP3 recorder player + Bluetooth receiver module.
- Transmitters: Compatible with SQ-6100 IrDA / SQ-5100 IrDA handheld microphones, SM-7100 IrDA / SM-6100 IrDA belt-pack transmitters, DH-5400 / DB-5400 2.4G digital microphones.
- Operating Temperature (Battery): -10°C to 50°C (usage), 0°C to 40°C (charging), -10°C to 40°C (storage).
Usage Features:
- Microphone Operation: Plug wired microphones into MIC 1 or MIC 2. A SPEECH/MUSIC switch allows filtering out low frequencies (below 200 Hz) in SPEECH mode to reduce unwanted bass noise, while MUSIC mode retains full frequency range. Individual volume controls for each microphone input are available.
- Wireless Receiver Operation: Optional wireless receiver modules (SDR-8200M IrDA, SDR-8100M IrDA, DWR-5410M) can be installed. Channel synchronization between the receiver and transmitter is achieved via infrared (IrDA) within 10-30cm. The system allows for channel scanning to find interference-free frequencies and squelch (SQ) level adjustment to reduce interference, with a default level of 01 and a range up to 10.
- Music Playback: Connect DVD players via RCA R/L to LINE IN jacks. Smartphones, tablets, or MP3 players can be connected via a 3.5mm 3-pole stereo audio cable to the AUX IN jack on the repeater module (RP-5100M). The DPRB-600M module provides MP3 recording/playback and Bluetooth connectivity.
- Equalizer: BASS and TREBLE controls allow for individual adjustment of low and high frequency components. It is recommended to keep them at the 12 o'clock position for balanced sound, adjusting only if the sound is too thin, muffled, or sharp.
- Voice Priority: When activated, microphone input temporarily lowers background music volume, making speech clearer.
- Active Audio Link: Multiple VICTORY 2000 units or V-SLAVE active companion speakers can be linked via ACTIVE IN and ACTIVE OUT jacks using audio cables (max 20m, max 5 units recommended). The master unit's MASTER-SLAVE switch should be set to MASTER, and companion units to SLAVE. Slave units automatically activate when the master is turned on.
- Wireless Audio Link (Repeater): An RP-5100M repeater module installed in a master VICTORY 2000 can transmit all audio signals wirelessly to other VICTORY 2000 or V-SLAVE units equipped with receiver modules. The repeater and receiver modules must be set to the same channel/frequency, different from other modules. The repeater module has adjustable output power (LOW/HI) and internal audio gain.
- Passive Speaker Connection: VICTORY 2000 or V-SLAVE can connect to 1 or 2 V-SP passive companion speakers (4-8Ω load) via 6.3mm speaker output jacks. Connecting to the "SWITCHED" output mutes the V-SLAVE and only broadcasts through the external V-SP. Connecting to the other output allows both V-SLAVE and V-SP to broadcast.
- Module Installation: Receiver, repeater, and MP3 modules are optional and can be installed or replaced by removing screws, prying up the panel, inserting the module into the slot, and tightening screws.
- Feedback Reduction: To avoid feedback, users should not stand in front of the speaker, avoid pointing the microphone towards the speaker, use the microphone behind the speaker, and position the amplifier between the speaker and audience on a tripod stand (about 180cm high). Volume should be turned down if necessary.
- Recording Function: An optional DPR-500m MP3 recorder player can be installed to record microphone or external device audio.
Maintenance Features:
- Battery Charging: The system uses lead-acid or lithium batteries. A solid RED battery indicator means the battery needs charging. A flashing RED charging indicator means it's recharging, and solid GREEN means fully charged.
- Battery Care: Batteries should be charged immediately after each use, regardless of remaining power. Not charging for a long time can lead to over-discharge and damage.
- Charging Time: Recommended charging time should not exceed 12 hours. The system has overcharge protection, but it's recommended to unplug the power cord when fully charged.
- Battery Storage: Lithium batteries should be fully charged at least once every 6 months. Lead-acid batteries should be fully charged at least once every 3 months. Storage temperature should be between -10°C and 40°C.
- Battery Disposal: Completely discharge batteries before placing them in a designated recycling bin, following local regulations for dangerous chemicals. Do not put them in regular trash.
- Cleaning: Clean the product only when it is not connected to the power supply, using a dry cloth.
- Ventilation: Keep ventilation openings unblocked.
- General Safety: Do not immerse the product in liquid, expose it to heat or moisture, or disassemble/modify it. Use only manufacturer-authorized accessories. Unplug during electrical storms or long periods of disuse.
