What to do if my Chicago Electric Staple Gun will not fire staples or nails?

  If your Chicago Electric Staple Gun isn't firing, here's what you should check: 1. Ensure the Trigger Lock is unlocked by moving it to the left. 2. Squeeze the Trigger fully. 3. Confirm the Pusher Cover and Magazine Lock are securely in place. 4. Make sure the tool is loaded with Staples or Nails. 5. Plug the tool into a working 120-volt, grounded electrical outlet. 6. Check for and clear any Staple/Nail jams. 7. If the problem persists, have the tool inspected by a qualified service technician.
