2.2.4.4 No connection
If the connection to Chicco Teddy is lost, the
device no longer controls Chicco Teddy. Chicco
Teddy emits a 10-second acoustic signal, the rel-
evant icon stays in the red strip and the “I’m looking
for you” turns grey to indicate that it is no longer
possible to enable the device. An alarm is triggered
depending on the selected settings (sound and/
or vibration). The device also receives an alert ac-
cording to the settings in the device customisation
screen (sound and/or vibration). The alert will be
received if the APP is in background. The alarm and
alert signal can be disabled only temporarily by
selecting the Chicco Teddy icon. If the condition
persists, the signal will be automatically enabled
again.
2.2.5 Disabling Chicco Teddy
In the prole customisation screen, “Disable” lets
you disable one or more Chicco Teddy units (elimi-
nate it from among those displayed and suspend
alerts if it is not used) without deleting it from the
app.
