This document serves as a technical manual for the DC Inverter Multi-Split System, operating at 50Hz and using R32 refrigerant. It covers general information, indoor units (wall-mounted, duct type, and 4-way cassette), and outdoor units, along with installation, test running, and controller details.
The DC Inverter Multi-Split System features a 180° sine wave compressor control, which contributes to higher efficiency, lower power consumption, and reduced noise. It incorporates world-famous brand twin rotary DC inverter compressors capable of rotating speeds as low as 30 RPS, ensuring excellent efficiency even under partial load conditions. The system offers stable operation across a wide temperature range: cooling from -15°C to 50°C and heating from -15°C to 30°C.
Electrically, the system boasts a newly designed E-box with optimized airflow for fresh air cooling of the inverter module. The electric control integrates multiple components onto a single PCB, reducing component damage rates and maintenance costs. An upside-down installation method for the electric control minimizes wire connection length and prevents dust and water from falling onto the PCB. The E-box material has transitioned from metal to plastic, reducing weight and eliminating short-circuit risks from PCB contact with metal.
From a system design perspective, anticorrosive components are used to extend service life. The Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV) design allows for precise refrigerant flow control, leading to accurate capacity output, enhanced user comfort, and energy savings. The system offers a "free match" concept, allowing users to choose from various indoor unit appearances and combine multiple indoor units to meet diverse requirements for offices, homes, villas, and other applications.
