What to do if the CHIKO AIRTEC Dust Collector motor fails to start or stops?
- Aandrea27Aug 11, 2025
If the motor of your CHIKO AIRTEC Dust Collector fails to start or suddenly stops, it could be due to several reasons. First, the exhaust/suction ports might be blocked, or the rated voltage may be incorrect. Also, check for multiple connections or motor overheat due to filter clogging or suction temperature. After checking these, turn the main power switch off and back on. If it still doesn't work, the motor's temperature thermostat may be active; turn off the main power and resume operation after 30 minutes. Ensure that the primary and secondary filters are correctly installed and that all snap locks are firmly engaged. If the motor is faulty, it must be replaced, so call for repair.
