THE TODDLER BED IS ONLY DESIGNED FOR USE WHEN THE CHILD CAN GET ON AND OFF THE BED
UNAIDED, AT APPROXIMATELY 2-5 YEARS OF AGE.
THE COT BED RAIL ARE ONLY DESIGNED FOR USE WITH CHILDCARE COTS AND WITH A CHILDCARE
MATTRESS WHICH HAS THE FOLLOWING DIMENSIONS: (1300MM LONG X 690MM WIDE X 100-
150MM THICK).
THIS BED RAIL DOES NOT PROVIDE PROTECTION AGAINST FALLS, A SEPARATE BED GUARD IS
RECOMMENDED SHOULD THIS BE REQUIRED.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Prepare End Panels

Remove filler bolts and blanks from both End Panels.

Step 2: Loosen Mattress Bolts

Loosen the Mattress base bolts but do not remove them.

Step 3: Remove Drop Side Panel

Remove the Drop Side Panel by sliding the pin from the lower track first.

Step 4: Insert Barrel Nuts

Insert four Barrel Nuts into the side holes of the Bed Rail with the slot facing outwards.

Step 5: Position and Tighten Bed Rail

Position the Bed Rail between End Panels and insert long bolts, then tighten firmly.

Step 6: Final Checks

Re-tighten Mattress base bolts. The Toddler Bed is now ready for use.
