      There are several reasons why your CIARRA ventilation hood might not be performing well. Ensure the kitchen has adequate ventilation for fresh air intake. The distance between the hood and the hob should be optimal (65-75cm). Also, check if the grease filters are clogged with grease deposits and clean or replace them. If the carbon filters are clogged, replace them. If the motor runs but there is no extraction, please contact CIARRA customer service.

      If the lights on your CIARRA ventilation hood are not working, the LED lamp might be damaged. Replace the LED lamp with a new one; remove the grease filters, reach behind the control panel, and locate the cable with the clip behind the light housing. Also, check if the light cable connection is loose and reset the connection.
