Raccordements hydrauliques LCH
La composition des groupes de production d’eau glacée CIAT-
COOLER série LCH est identique à celle des CIATCOOLER
série LC.
Ces groupes intègrent l’ensemble hydraulique complet d’une
installation traditionnelle :
– 1 ballon tampon en tôle noire isolé thermiquement
– 1 pompe hydraulique centrifuge monocellulaire avec mano-
mètres (pompe simple ou pompe double)
– 1 vase d’expansion
– 1 purge d’air automatique
– 1 soupape de sécurité
– 1 orifice de vidange avec vanne
– 1 jeu de vannes d’isolement circuit hydraulique
– 1 vanne de remplissage
– contacteur(s) + protection(s) moteur pompe.
La pression maximale de service sera de 4 bar (soupape de
sécurité tarée à 4 bar).
LCH hydraulic connections
The composition of the CIATCOOLER series LCH chilled water
production units is the same as that of the CIATCOOLER series
LC.
These units incorporate the complete hydraulic assembly of a
traditional installation:
– 1 heat–insulated black sheet metal buffer tank
– 1 monocell centrifugal hydraulic pump with pressure gauges
(simple or double pump)
– 1 expansion vessel
– 1 automatic air bleed
– 1 safety valve
– 1 drain aperture with valve
– 1 set of hydraulic circuit shut–off valves
– 1 filling valve
– contactor(s) + motor–driven pump protection(s).
Maximum operating pressure will be 4 bar (safety valve calibra-
ted at 4 bar).

(1) Capacité de l’installation en fonction du vase d’expansion
monté sur le groupe. Le ballon tampon est déjà pris en compte.
Dans le cas où la capacité de l’installation est supérieure, il faut
rajouter un vase d’expansion sur l’installation correspondant à
la capacité excédentaire.
(2) Les températures d’eau mentionnées sont les températures
pouvant êtres atteintes machines à l’arrêt.
