Switching Magazine
This function can be used only when the con-
nected CD changer can store a multiple number
of magazines.
Every time the MAG button [16) is pressed, the
next magazine will be selected.
Magazine lock
Press and hold the MAG button for 2 sec-
onds or longer, then the display shows “I@] ,”
then the magazine being displayed will be
played.
Press and hold the MAG button [16] again for 2
seconds or longer to disengage the unit from the
Magazine Lock function.
* While the magazine lock function is on, a new maga-
zine can be selected. At that time, the new magazine
will be locked.
Note:
e While the magazine lock function is on, the Scan Play
function or Random Play function will be performed
among the ijocked magazines.

MD Changer Mode Operations
Listening to the Disc
Press the FNC button and select the MD
changer mode, then the MD starts playing.

Stopping (pausing) Playback
Press the Play/Pause button {11}.
Press the Play/Pause button [11] again to resume
playback.
Selection of MDs
Press the DISC Up button LY! or the DISC Down
button [6], then select the MD you wish to play.
UP: Every time you press the button, the
MDs will be selected as:
192937495761...
DN: Every time you press the button, the
MDs will be selected as:
1969574937271...
Top Function
Press the TOP button [10], then the MD will start
playing from the first song (track number. 1).
Selecting Tracks (songs)
Press the Left/Right button [18].
b>: Playback will start from the next track.
<4: Piayback will start from the beginning of
the track currently playing. When this
button is pressed again, the MD will play
from the previous track.
Fast-Forward and Fast-Backward
Press and hold the Left/Right button [18!.
> - To fast-forward
<4: To fast-backward
« Pressing the Left/Right button for 1 second or longer
will move forward or backward 5 times faster than nor-
mal play, and pressing it for 3 seconds or longer will
do the operation 30 times faster.
