  • Setting the alarm follows a similar procedure: press and hold the "SET ALARM" key, then use the "HOUR" and "MINUTE" keys to set the desired alarm time.
  • A "TEST KEY" allows users to quickly check the current alarm mode and can be pressed again to deactivate the test feature.

• Alarm Modes: The clock offers a comprehensive selection of alarm modes, accessible via a mode switch. These modes include:

  • ALL: Activates sound, bedshaker, and the lighted snooze button.
  • FLASH/SOUND: Activates sound and the lighted snooze button.
  • FLASH/BEDSHAKER: Activates the bedshaker and the lighted snooze button.
  • BEDSHAKER/SOUND: Activates the bedshaker and sound.
  • FLASH: Activates only the lighted snooze button.
  • BEDSHAKER: Activates only the bedshaker.
  • OFF: Disables the alarm function.

  • To completely turn off the alarm for the day, the "SNOOZE" key should be pressed and held for three seconds. The alarm will then re-activate at the same time the following day.

• Warranty and Service: Clarity Products provides a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for the WakeAssure+ Alarm Clock from the date of purchase.

  • If the product is defective and returned within 30 days of purchase, the dealer will replace it at no charge.
  • If returned after 30 days but within one year, Clarity Products will repair or replace the device at no charge. Repairs may involve new or reconditioned replacement parts, and replacements may be with new or reconditioned products of similar design.
  • Repairs or replacements are warranted for 90 days or the remaining original warranty period, whichever is longer.
  • For warranty repair, customers are advised to contact the customer service department at (800) 426-3738. All shipping costs for returns must be prepaid by the customer.
  • Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from the purchase date. The warranty does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, or property damage resulting from the product's failure.
  • Customers are encouraged to save the original packaging materials for potential future shipping for warranty repair. When shipping, it is essential to include the customer's name, address, phone number, proof of purchase date, and a description of the problem. After repair, the product will be shipped back at no cost within the United States.
  • The warranty explicitly excludes defects caused by accidents, damage during transit to the service location, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, use outside the United States or Canada, fire, flood, and acts of God.
