3. For thebest possible performance: Donot let thebattery become
fully discharged between charges.
4. Afully charged lithium-Ion battery will keep its charge for up to six
months if it is notused.
Note:
• Do not use thescrewdriver while it is being charged.
• Only use thecharger supplied.
• Do not leave thecharger connected to thepower point after
thebattery has been charged.
• Do not charge thebattery if theambient temperature is below 5 °C
or over 40 °C.
• Thebattery does not need to be completely discharged before
charging.
• Thecharger is designed for indoor useonly.
Operating instructions
1. Select thedirection of rotation, theselector (4) has three settings:
- Reverse: Presstheselector in on theleft-handside.
- Trigger locked selector in themiddle.
- Forward: Presstheselector in on theright-handside.
2. Pull thetrigger (5) to start thescrewdriver and release it to stop
thescrewdriver.
Batterycheck
Thescrewdriver has abattery charge indicator (2) with three LEDs
which show thestatus of thebattery charge.
Hold thetrigger (5) to activate theindicators and see how much charge
thebatteryhas:
• Red: Thebattery is discharged
• Red + Yellow: Thebattery is semi-charged
• Red + Yellow + Green: Thebattery is fully charged
Built-in worklight
Thescrewdriver is equipped with aLED light for working in dark places.
Pullthetrigger (5) to turn thework lighton.
Automatic spindlelock
Thescrewdriver has anautomatic spindle lock, which allows
you to use it as amanual screwdriver if thebattery has been
discharged or themachine is too underpowered to complete thejob.
Maximumspindle lockload: 7Nm.
Care and maintenance
• Clean theproduct using aclean soft cloth and alittle mild detergent.
• Never clean theproduct using solvents or flammable liquids.

Charging
Note: Thescrewdriver is semi-charged when sold and must therefore
be charged before it is used for thefirsttime.
1. Plug the Micro-USB connector of the charger into the charger input
socket (6) and then connect the charger to a wall socket.
2. Thered LED of thebattery charge indicator will come on to start
with and as thebattery charge increases theyellow and green
LEDs will comeon. Whenthescrewdriver is fully charged thegreen
LED will shine stronger than theyellow andred.
