  If the SAFER SENSOR icon on your ClassicFlame Heater's control panel is flashing, it could be due to an object being too close to the front of the heater, potentially obstructing the air outlet. Verify that there is a 3-foot clear space in front of the heater's air outlet. Alternatively, you can disable the Proximity Sensor safety function by pressing and holding the ECO MODE button for 10 seconds.

Inspect the heater to ensure that the air inlets and outlets are not blocked. Unplug the heater for 30 minutes to allow it to cool down, then replug and monitor for overheating.
