Ensure children's safety by keeping packaging away. Caution: foil can cause suffocation.

Special Safety Instructions

Follow specific safety rules for device placement, metal surfaces, and immersion of the lid.

Before Initial Use

Remove packaging, clean parts, connect to power, and ensure the machine is off before use.

Drying Food

Drying Fruit and Vegetables

Wash, prepare, and arrange fruit/vegetables on grids, avoiding contact. Blanch if needed. Dry time up to 12 hours.

Drying Meat

Prepare, marinate, and place meat strips on grids. Dry time approx. 8-10 hours. Check for solid texture.

Drying Petals and Herbs

Cut flowers/herbs in the afternoon. Select solid flowers. Spread thinly on grids. Store dried petals airtight.
