Why is my Clean Air Optima CA-704 not switching on?
    • J
      Jessica LeonardAug 13, 2025
Your Clean Air Optima Air Cleaner might not be switching on due to several reasons. Ensure the power cord is correctly connected to both the plug and the power socket. Also, check if the water tank is full or not correctly positioned; drain it and replace it properly if needed. Blocked filters, or a blocked air inlet/outlet, can also prevent the device from switching on. Clean or replace the filters, and remove any blockages from the air inlet and outlet. Finally, if the setting humidity is higher than the environmental humidity, adjust the setting to be at least 5% lower than the environmental humidity. If the dehumidifier is in Continuous air purification MODE, change the operation MODE.
