Overview

This document describes the Clear Touch 6000K Series, an interactive intelligent panel.

Function Description:

The Clear Touch 6000K Series is an interactive display designed for various applications, including educational and professional settings. It features a touch-sensitive screen and can connect to external computers and other audio/video equipment.

The control panel includes a magnetic zone for an adsorptive magnetic pen, a power/energy saving button, a remote control signal receiver, USB interfaces for Android and PC systems, and bottom loudspeakers for audio amplification.

The device supports multiple input and output interfaces:

  • VGA: External computer image input.
  • AUDIO IN: External computer audio input.
  • SPDIF: Carries multichannel sound via optical signals.
  • RS232: Serial interface for data transfer between devices, allowing central control equipment to manage functions like ON/OFF and volume adjustment.
  • AUDIO OUT: Audio output to external speakers.
  • LAN: Connecting RJ45 terminals for network connectivity.
  • USB 2.0 & USB 3.0: Connects USB devices such as mobile hard disks, U disks, USB keyboards, and mice.
  • TOUCH: Touch signal output to the external computer.
  • HDMI In: High-definition multimedia interface signal input from devices like personal computers with HDMI output, set-top boxes, or other video devices.
  • HDMI Out: Connects to devices with HDMI input function.
  • AC In: AC power input.
  • AC Switch: To open or shut down AC power supply ("I" for on, "O" for off).

The remote control offers extensive functionality:

  • Power on/off and Mute switch.
  • Built-in computer keys: Start (Windows key), Space, Alt+Tab, Alt+F4 (program window close).
  • Numeric keys for input.
  • Display channel information.
  • Input signal source selection.
  • Home button for Android system main screen.
  • Menu button for setting menu.
  • Lock/unlock buttons and touch function (Red, Green, Yellow).
  • Freeze and zoom (Blue).
  • One key for blank screen.
  • Backspace key.
  • Direction keys (up, left, right, down) for selection.
  • Enter key for confirmation.
  • Quickly start writing software.
  • Back key for return.
  • PgUp/PgDn for built-in computer page navigation.
  • Volume switch keys (VOL+ / VOL-).
  • Built-in computer F1-F12 function keys (Note: All computer-related function keys require a built-in computer).

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Operating Temperature: 32° ~ 104°F (0° ~ 40°C).
  • Operating Humidity: 10% ~ 90%RH.
  • Ventilation Space Requirement: Left, right, and back >10cm; top > 20cm.
  • Recommended External Computer Resolution: 3840x2160.
  • Supported Resolutions (for recommended computer configuration): 800x600, 1024x768, 1920x1080, 3840x2160.
  • Recommended Computer Configuration: 1GB available hard drive, 2.0GHz processor, 1GB memory, more than 256 color display cards, VGA OUT / HDMI OUT, Audio-OUT, USB Interface.
  • Remote Control Range: 8 meters distance, 30 degrees left and right from the receiver.

Usage Features:

  • Installation: Ensure proper placement, avoiding heavy objects, magnetic fields, direct sunlight, heat sources, unstable surfaces, and liquids.
  • Power Supply: Use the original power cable, ensure AC source is grounded, unplug during thunderstorms or lightning, and verify operating voltage matches local supply. Unplug if idle for long periods.
  • LED Screen Care: Unplug before cleaning. Use a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. For deep cleaning, contact an authorized service center. Never use water, spray detergent, or hard/sharp objects on the screen. Avoid displaying high-brightness images for extended periods to prolong panel lifetime.
  • Temperature Management: Allow the unit to acclimatize for at least 2 hours if moved from a cold to a warm place to prevent moisture damage.
  • Ventilation: Place in a well-ventilated area with specified clearance.
  • Earphone Use: Turn down volume before using earphones to protect hearing.
  • Standby Mode: Pressing the standby key puts the panel into standby, not completely off.
  • Battery Safety: Dispose of batteries properly, keep away from children, and do not throw into fire. Replacing batteries with an incorrect type may lead to an explosion.
  • Touch Menu Operation: The touch menu can be called up by dragging a touch pen from the middle bottom of the screen towards the center.
  • Setting Menu: Access General Settings via the remote's INPUT button or the touch menu. Navigate channels using direction keys or touch. Detail settings (Audio, Screen, Display, Adjust) are accessible via the Menu button on the remote or an icon in the General Settings menu.
  • Audio Settings: Adjust volume, bass, treble, balance, and select sound modes (Standard, Meeting, Class, Custom). Mute function is available.
  • Screen Settings: Adjust display modes like Pixel Shift, 4:3, 16:9, and PTP (Picture-to-Picture).
  • Display Settings: Control brightness, contrast, hue, and sharpness. Select color temperature presets (Standard, Bright, Soft, Custom, Cold, Warm).
  • Adjust Settings: Adjust H Position, V Position, Clock, and Phase. An "Auto" option is available for automatic adjustment.

Maintenance Features:

  • General Maintenance: Unplug the power plug before any cleaning or maintenance to prevent electric shock.
  • Screen Cleaning:
    1. Mix a small amount of fabric softener or tableware detergent with alcohol.
    2. Soak a soft cloth in the mixture.
    3. Wring the cloth until it is half-dry.
    4. Wipe the screen, being careful not to squeeze water into the machine.
    5. Repeat as needed.
  • Face Frame Cleaning: Use a dry, soft, lint-free cloth.
  • Long-Term Storage: If the machine will not be used for an extended period (e.g., holidays), unplug the power cable to protect against power supply ripple from lightning.
  • Professional Maintenance: This machine should only be maintained by a certified engineer.
