Making a Call:

1. Use the numerical keypad on the phone to dial the desired number.
2. Initiate the call by either pressing the Speakerphone button (represented by a speaker icon) or by lifting the handset.
3. The phone will then begin dialing the number.

Adjusting Volume:

The phone provides multiple ways to manage audio volume during a call:

1. Volume Up/Down Button: A dedicated button, marked with "+" and "-", allows users to increase or decrease the audio volume as needed throughout the call.
2. Amplify Button: Pressing the Amplify button (marked with a speaker and "+") will instantly boost the volume to the user's last saved high-volume setting.
3. Lowering Amplified Volume: If the volume is too high after amplification, pressing the Amplify button again will quickly lower it to a more comfortable level.

Accessing Messages:

1. From the Main Menu, tap the Messages icon (represented by a tape recorder).
2. A list of messages will be displayed. Select the message you wish to listen to.
3. Tap the Play icon (a right-pointing triangle) to start playback of the selected message.
4. To delete a message, tap the Delete icon (an "X" in a box).

Managing Contacts:

The phone allows users to add, store, and call contacts efficiently.

Adding a Contact:

3. Enter the first name, last name, and phone number of the new contact.

2. Tap the Add icon (a "+" sign) at the bottom of the page.
3. Locate and tap the contact you wish to add to your Favorites list.
4. Tap the heart icon next to the specific number(s) you want to mark as a Favorite.
5. Tap the "ADD" icon to finalize adding the contact to Favorites.

Calling a Favorite:

1. From the Main Menu, tap the Favorites icon.
2. Select the desired Favorites entry from the displayed list.
3. Press the Speakerphone button or lift the handset to initiate the call.
