Troubleshooting
The gateway cannot connect to the app.
The gateway can only communicate using the 2.4 GHz wifi. Make sure your
smart phone or tablet is connected tp a 2.4 GHz wifi with a stable connection.
If you have a dual-band router, your smart device may automatically connect
to the 5 GHz wifi. In this case, your smart device cannot communicate with
the gateway. Temporarily disable the 5 GHz wifi in your router duing the
installation and try again.
The app needs access to your device's location services. Make sure you have
allowed access to location services while using the app.
The connection to the gateway was lost.
If you recently changed to a new router or renamed your network you need to
reinstall the gateway again. Reset the gateway by following the instructions in
"Factory reset".
Follow the "Connect to app" instructions to add the gateway to your home
network.

Only suitable for working temperature between -10 to 45 °C.
Not for outdoor use. Only for use in dry areas. Do not open or modify the
device in any way, this should only be carried out by a qualified technician due
to the risk of electric shocks or short circuit.
Always disconnect the power adapter by grabbing the plug, do not unplug it
by pulling the cord.
Avoid using third-party power adapters and only use the included power
adapter.
