8. TROUBLE SHOOTING
You can solve many common air conditioner problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service call.
Try the suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling the servicer.
• Not plugged in
• The appliance is turned off
• The circuit breaker tripped or a blown fuse
• Timer (« TIMER » mode) hasn’t been
corrected set
• Water full alarm is on
Cooling function (« COOL » mode) of the
appliance is not efficient
• Check if nothing is blocking air inlet/outlet
• Make sure that there is no heat source in the
room
• Strainers are too dirty and covered by dust
• Set temperature is not appropriate
• Fan speed set in not the correct one
Appliance seems to make too much noise
• Make sure that you have correctly removed all
packing material
• Make sure that the air conditioner is stable
and level
• Make sure that the surface on which your
appliance is perfectly flat
• The air conditioner is in water full
