What to do if my CMI Health PC-66L shows no signal?
- JJason BlackAug 5, 2025
If your CMI Health Medical Equipment displays two dashes but shows a pulse plethysmogram, allow a few more seconds for numeric readings to appear. If there's no pulse plethysmogram, verify the sensor placement and integrity. Also, check the probe to see if the light source is blinking red; if not, the connection cord or sensor might have a broken circuit, requiring replacement or repair. Ensure the finger or foot is correctly placed in the sensor, or replace/secure the foot wrap. If the device still cannot detect signals, turn it off, securely place the finger or foot in the sensor, and turn it on again.
