When prompted, you will need to re-enter your email
and direct phone number each time a 180-day re-
certification is performed.
Operators DO-NOT enter a PIN.
Follow the remaining steps to complete the re-
certification EBAT.
Once completed, the printout will indicate “Intoxilyzer
9000 Re-Certification Test Report” Retain this printout
for your records.
Operators may perform a re-certification EBAT anytime
within the 180-day certification period. A new 180-day
period is calculated whenever this is performed.
