Overview

The SH-2100AH-QG (V5.0-1.0) CNC Cutting Machine is a versatile system designed for various metalworking, advertisement fabrication, and stone machining applications. It is compatible with torch/plasma, high-pressure water jet, and laser cutting machines.

Function Description:

The system offers a comprehensive set of functions for automated and manual cutting operations. Its core capabilities include:

  • Automatic Mode (AUTO): This mode facilitates automated machining with features like:

    • Speed Control: Adjustable speed multiplying factors (5%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 80%, 100%) for precise control during cutting. The actual speed is displayed, and quick adjustments are possible via a pull-down menu.
    • Program Management: Displays the machining program name, serial number of pierced holes (automatically cleared in automatic mode), and active kerf compensation width.
    • Operating Mode Indication: Shows the active operating mode, including rotation selection, breakpoint recovery, mirroring, and section selection.
    • Status Information: Provides real-time information on machining/pause status, limit alarms, and time delay.
    • Input/Output Monitoring: Displays the status of 13 input ports (signal input/no signal input) and 8 output ports (signal output/no signal output) for heavy-current switches.
    • Machining Parameters: Indicates various parameter values relevant to the current machining mode.
    • Coordinate Unit Selection: Allows display of coordinates in Metric (millimeter) or English (inch) systems.
    • Heavy-Current Control: Six dedicated keys on the front panel for direct control of external sources, including Ignition (IGN), Preheating Oxygen (PREHEA), Acetylene Gas (GAS), Cutting Oxygen (CUT), and Piercing (PIERCE).
    • Piercing Process: Specific operation procedures for flame machining (raising cutting torch, opening cutting oxygen, lowering cutting torch) and plasma machining (executing M07 command).
    • Blow-up and Restore: The pattern display can be magnified (BLOWUP) and restored (RESTIT) to its original size.
    • X/Y Test: Allows running the program at top speed without executing M commands, useful for checking the workpiece size.
    • AU-SPD (Automatic Speed): Switches between manual speed and automatic speed multiplying factors.
    • SECTION (Section Selection): Assigns a machining operation from any section or piercing point.
    • RESBREK (Breakpoint Restoration): Restores machining from a breakpoint, with options for original path return, cut return, and piercing at the current location.
    • VIEW: Displays the pattern of machining program with a cross cursor at the origin.
    • KERF: Reminds for input of kerf compensating width.
    • ASSI: Enters the next lower level of menu.
    • ROTATE (Steel Plate Correcting Feature): Corrects for misaligned steel plates by calculating and applying a rotation angle, either by direct input or by measuring two points on a baseline.
    • MIRR (Mirror): Allows selection of X Mirror, Y Mirror, or No Mirror for machining along symmetry directions.
    • SCALE: Adjusts the work size or magnifies/minifies the pattern.
    • WENTAI: Runs WENTAI-based machining programs.
    • Original Path Return: Returns the cutting torch to the adjustment beginning point at G00 speed.
