This product is made with precision electrical components. Treat it like any electronic device and
keep it away from any heat or moisture sources. A heavy crash where the product is damaged
may result in a product that is unsafe to use.
CAR BATTERY : BUILT-IN AND RECHARGEABLE: LIPO 3.7V LONG LIFE BATTERY
CONTROLLER : REQUIRES 2 AA BATTERIES (SOLD SEPARATELY) – On a flat surface (like a table
or desk) use a small Phillips Head screwdriver to loosen the screw and open the
battery compartment cover. Be careful not to lose the small screw that secures
the cover back in place.
Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries do not use rechargeable batteries - do not mix old
and new batteries – Do not mix alkaline and rechargeable batteries –

IMPORTANT NOTE
This car is double sided and will operate on either
side. However, there is a TOP and BOTTOM
ORIENTATION of the car. The power switch and
charging port on the car are both located on the car
“bottom”, and for the controls to work as indicated in
this manual, the car must be oriented with this side
down. When the “bottom” of the car is facing up
during use, controlling the car using the controller will
have the opposite effect on function (eg, forward
joystick = car moving in reverse)
CHARGING
Turn the car power switch to OFF. Plug in the USB charger into a USB outlet such as on a laptop
or computer. Next, insert the power cord connector to the charging port of the car, note that the
RED LED on the USB connector is now on and the battery is charging. RED LED turns off when
charging is complete. Charge time is approximately 2 hours. Set a timer as a reminder to check.
Although this item has battery overcharge protection, never leave a charging lithium battery
unattended. Once charged, remove the charger connection and leave the car in the OFF position
until you are ready to play.
Run time is approximately 15-20 minutes.
Remember to turn the power switch to “OFF” on BOTH the car and the controller after each use.
Cobra RC Toys will repair or replace at it's own discretion any manufacturing defect within go
days of original purchase. We will further pay for the return freight (only) to customers within the
Continental US or Canada. Warranty excludes issues relating to mis-use, undue care and
attention, breakage, abuse or from accidents resulting in crash damage. Void if any
modifications whatsoever have been made. Issues relating to non original: parts, batteries or
charging methods is also excluded. In addition, damage to the battery wires or connectors of
this product is excluded.
Warranty claims require original proof of purchase from an Authorized Cobra RC Toys retailer.

OPERATION
Turn the power switch on the car AND on the controller (located on the back of the controller –
red switch), the car is ready for use. Refer to the Controller Diagram for how to control the Stunt
Elf, note that you can use multiple functions at the same time, such as forward joystick and drift
left or reverse joystick and rotate joystick. Play around with the control functions until you have
mastered the different stunts and control possibilities. When the car starts to loose performance
or function, it’s time to recharge the built in car battery. If the car battery is fully charged and it
doesn’t operate, it may be time to replace the controller batteries.
Press Demo mode and the car will run through some features. Press or move any other
button/joystick to stop Demo mode.
