  • Safety Gear: Always requires an approved helmet, eye protection (goggles/face shield), gloves, over-the-ankle boots, long-sleeved shirt/jacket, and long pants.

  • Engine Stop Systems: Features a lanyard cord engine stop switch (red button cap) and a wireless engine shut-off key fob for emergency stops. The ATV will not start without the lanyard cap in place. The key fob has a limited range (approx. 50ft) and should not be solely relied upon.

  • Engine Break-In: An initial 20-hour period where the ATV should not be operated above 1/2 throttle or at constant RPM to increase engine lifespan. First service recommended at 10 hours, second at 20 hours.
  • Engine Oil: Check oil level before each ride. Change shipping oil before first start. Use SAE 15W40. The engine assembly uses a single lubricant for engine and gearbox.
  • Air Filter: Oiled foam element. Inspect daily or more frequently in dusty conditions. Clean and re-lube every 20-40 hours. Never use low-flash-point solvents or gasoline for cleaning.
  • Spark Plug: Check condition, clean, re-gap, or replace as necessary. Tightening torque: 12 N.m (1.2 kgf.m, 8.7 lb.ft).
