Replacement of the blades :
Make the intervention in safety : stopped the machine, stopped the
hydraulic pump, the operator must wear leather gloves
(danger of cut by the blades).
Disassembling :
- Remove the cap Ø26
- Unscrew the locknut M10 by
maintaining the blade
- Remove the cup
- Remove the 2 screws M8 by
maintaining the blade
- Extract the blade
Reassembling :
- Install the new blade on the shaft
(be sure that the attachment wedge
is embedded in the shaft before
mounting the blade).
- Reinstall the screws M8 (tightening
torque recommended : 3 daN.m),
by preventing the rotation of the
blade
- Reinstall the cup
- Reinstall the new locknut M10
and tighten
- Reinstall a new cap Ø26
