- Locate the belt number registers inside and outside of the belt,
for a quetion of SECURITY
,
replace the belt ONLY by its model of origin.
Belts Poly V :
Disassembling :
- Remove the housing(s)
- Remove the belt by drawing it towards the
outside of the pulley and by advancing it
according to the arrows in order to turn the unit.
In order to avoid damage to the belts during assembly, and to facilitate their positioning,
the assembly tool provided must be used. (
Ref. COLLARD 0105 0157
).
This tool can be used with the light alloy pulleys (not on the motor pulleys).
Mounting :
- Position the smooth face towards outside
and the grooved face towards inside.
- Place the tool in the pulley (Fig. 6).
- Position the belt to be assembled in the
groove of the opposite pulley.
- Rotate as shown in

to engage the belt
in the assembly tool (Fig. 7).
- Remove the assembly tool.
- Finish positioning the belt by turning it
by hand.
