Take the metallic plates that hold the handlebar in position.
The rounded edge of the threaded one will face up.
Insert the M6 screws into the the threaded holes with a 3 millimiter
Allen key, but without letting them surpass the contact surface of
the plate. Make sure threadlocker is attached to the screws.

Holding the plates together, insert the assembly into the handlebar.
