 tRCD/ tRP
Set the number of memory clocks to control the S D R A M.
 tRAS
This is the minimum value of R A S that controls the number of
memory cycles in S D R A M.
 tFAW
The same rank is allowed to send more than four row activation
intervals at the same time.
 tRFC
This field is used to select the automatic refresh cycle time.
 tRRD
Select the delay time between columns and columns of different B

 tRTP
Select the precharge time.
