Inspect mold hanger brackets for flatness using a straight edge and replace worn ones.
Measure all four corners of mold hanger brackets using a dial caliper to ensure consistency.
Inspect die supports for flatness with a straight edge to ensure proper mold mounting.
Install mold box, align with bolts, and raise to die supports. Install washers and nuts.
Tighten nuts to specified torque values: Model 22 (90 ft-lbs) and Model 16/1600 (187 ft-lbs).
Warning: Ensure mold is completely tightened before operating the vibrator to prevent damage.
