How to fix insufficient water on brushes COMAC Cleaning Equipment?
    • K
      Kristen DuncanAug 17, 2025
To address insufficient water on the brushes of your COMAC Cleaning Equipment, start by ensuring the solution tank has water, which can be checked via the level tube on the front left of the seat. Then, verify that the detergent solution tap is open and the knob on the back of the steering column is completely lowered. If equipped with CDS, check that the water and detergent flow in the water system are not at zero by pressing buttons (03) and (04) respectively. Also, clean the solution filter at the front of the machine and ensure the water distribution pipe (05) on 'S' versions is not blocked. For Innova 60B versions with 'KIT WATER MANAGEMENT', confirm that the choke bushing is not blocked.

If your COMAC Cleaning Equipment produces excessive foam, ensure a low foam detergent is used. If needed, add a small amount of anti-foam liquid to the recovery tank. Remember that when the floor isn't very dirty, more foam is generated, so dilute the detergent solution more.
