White screen during booting
Check whether the screen-related connections are good, and
reconnect the ones that are not plugged in, loose, or poorly
connected

Replace the mainboard

Re-flash the program
Replace the screen assembly
Use a multimeter to check whether the input voltage of the main
board is 5V, 3.3V, and 12V. Check the corresponding power supply
components and replace them.
Black screen during booting
The power supply of the adapter is
abnormal
Use a multimeter to measure whether the adapter output is normal
15V
Internal connection exception
Check whether the connection of the power supply, screen, and key
board is normal
Use a multimeter to check whether the input voltage of the main
board is 5V, 3.3V, and 12V. Check the corresponding power supply
components and replace them.
Replace the screen assembly
The display is abnormal, on screen it
appears: Bright lines, dark spots, snowflake

like highlights, white gratings, and water
ripples.

Display abnormal: The display content is
flickering, there are irregular lines
interfering, the display is sometimes lost,
and the display color is distorted.
