  If your rice is too dry or hard when the Comfee rice cooker switches to the Keep-Warm setting, add extra water and extend the cooking time to soften it. Depending on the dryness, incorporate 1/2 to 1 cup of water, stir well, close the lid, and press the White Rice button again. Once it switches to Keep-Warm, check the rice consistency by stirring. Repeat this process until the rice achieves a soft and moist texture.

  If your rice remains too moist or soggy after your Comfee rice cooker transitions to the Keep-Warm setting, use a serving spatula to stir the rice. This action redistributes the moistest part from the bottom and helps release excess moisture. After stirring, close the lid and let it sit on Keep-Warm for about 10 to 30 minutes. Open and stir periodically to further release any remaining excess moisture.

  The bottom layer of cooked rice may brown or caramelize slightly during cooking in your Comfee Rice Cooker. To minimize this, rinse the rice before cooking to eliminate excess starch. Also, stirring the rice after it switches to the Keep-Warm setting can help lessen browning or caramelization.
