The primary function of the DRC-nUC/RF1 is to facilitate communication between visitors at the door and residents inside the house. When a visitor presses a call button on the door station, it initiates a call to the corresponding household phone or video phone. Residents can then answer the call and engage in two-way communication (duplex hands-free).
