Exchanging Frames
To switch the positions of two frames, first select one of th e two frames.
Next, choose the other frame from the sub men u t hat appears when you
point to Exchange With Frame in the Move menu.
Merging Frames
To combine the contents of two fr a me s, fi rst s elec t on e of the frames. (The
combination you create will replace what ap pear s in this frame.) Next,
choose the other frame from the sub menu that appears wh en you point to
Merge With Frame in the Copy menu.
When pixels in the two frames overlap, t he color that ap pea rs is determined
as follows:
• If color 0 (the color at the top of the Color menu) overlaps with any
other color, the other color is displayed.
• If color 3 (the color at the bottom of the Color menu) overlaps with any
other color, color 3 is displayed.
• If colors 1 and 2 (the two colors in the middle of the Color menu)
overlap, color 3 (the color at the bottom of the Color menu) is
displayed.
Highlighting an Ic on
When you select an icon on the W orkbench, it is highlighted to indicate that
it's selected. There are two ways an icon c an be highlighted:
• It can be shown in inverse video. In inverse video, any part of an icon
normally shown using color 0 (the color at the top of t he Color menu)
becomes color 3 (the color at the bottom of the Color me nu); color 1
