Dragging Windows
You drag a window by pointing anywhere in the window's Title Bar that is
not occupied by other gadgets (the Drag Bar), holding down the Selection
button, and moving the mouse:
Sizing Windows
To change the size of a window, you drag its Sizing Gadg et:
Note that some windows have a maximum size that is smaller than the
screen in which they reside.
