Copy compares the filename of the input file with the filename
of the target. If they are the same, that one input file is skipped,
and ms-dos prints the error message "Content of destination lost
before copy." Further joining proceeds normally. For example, the \~s
following command appends all *.txt files (except alltxt) to
alltxt:
copy al1.txt + *.txt
a___^^ Th*s command will not produce an error message. t )
Copying files and If you want to copy files and subdirectories, you should use the
subdirectories xcopy command. Refer to the xcopy command in this chapter for
more information on how to do this. i )
