copy

memory

one

the
alloca-
tion
tables
points
to
nonexistent
blocks.
Possibly
the
disk
was
incorrectly
formatted
or
not
formatted
before
use.
If
this
error
persists
after
you
format
it,
the
disk
is
unusable.
