Problem Possible Cause Solution
The stylus is not
working properly.
The screen is not
calibrated correctly to
interpret the screen
taps.
Press the Windows
key + i to open the
stylus calibration page,
then recalibrate the
stylus.
The device does not
respond to taps or
keystrokes.
Device is locked up. Press the reset button
with the stylus.
NOTE:
Pressing the
reset button will delete
unsaved data.
