The device is not running
- Check if the unit is on
- Check the power supply (test another power supply, such as another vehicle or power outlet)
- Check that the plug is securely connected
- Check the fuse for damage
Low cooling performance
- Too many products have been inserted into the machine
- The product is too hot in the machine
- Lid is unlocked / open
- The lid seal is damaged
- Problems resulting from poor ventilation (secure at least 100 mm of space all around)
- The ambient temperature is too high
- The temperature setting is too high
There is a sound of running water inside the unit
- A normal phenomenon caused by refrigerant circulation in the unit.
Unusual sounds when the refrigerator is turned on
- The refrigerator is not on a flat surface

Er1 Low voltage protection Replace car battery
Er2 Damaged (overloaded) fan Replace the fan
Er3 Compressor start protection Turn off and let the box cool, restart after 30 minutes
Er4 Irregular run protection Replace the control unit
Er5 Cooling box overheating Place at well ventilated area, let it cool and restart
Er9 Disconnecting of temperature sensor Tighten, or replace the temperature sensor
