3. Connect charger, wait for red light.
4. Disconnect charger, wait for light to extinguish.
5. With wheel lying flat on the table (either face-down or face-up), complete one full rotation
of the wheel by hand. The easiest way to do this is to hold the tyre with one hand and use
your finger in the charger port to rotate the inner wheel (as shown below)
