If the voltage at the input of the electronic controller is 180V AC, replace the controller box. If the voltage is between 150V and 250V, check the coil continuity. If the voltage is greater than 250V, replace the IGBT. If the generator voltage is greater than 180V AC (with the controller box disconnected from the generator), replace the controller box. Also, improve hydraulic parameters.

Why is the Connect Industrial Equipment hydraulic motor not running or rotating very slow?

Check the hydraulic parameters if there is an incorrect flow rate or pressure. If the generator RPM is less than 2600, clean the valve block or replace the elastic valve block joint. If the generator RPM is greater than 2600, replace the controller box. As an additional solution, consider replacing the generator.
